Neapolitan wood fired pizza has a rich history that dates back over 200 years to the Italian island of Ischia. Our pizza dough is made with wild yeast that has been passed down for generations. We acquired this special yeast 25 years ago, and it has been the secret behind our delicious pizza ever since.
